1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation at Oasis Hotel, visiting our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations and Payments
- A valid credit or debit card is required to complete a reservation.
- A 4% payment processing fee applies to all card transactions.
- One night’s rate is charged prior to arrival as a deposit.
- Reservations made within 5 days of check-in will be charged in full at the time of booking.
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle. We do not accept cash or checks.
- A $150 incidental hold will be placed on your card at check-in and released after departure pending no damages.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM EST.
- Check-out time is 11:00 AM EST.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for a small additional fee. Requests must be submitted by replying to your reservation SMS.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.
- All guests must be at least 18 years of age.
- Digital check-in is available and required to receive your room access code. A check-in link will be sent to your phone and email after booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Rate: Free cancellation 5 or more days before check-in. Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before check-in will incur a one-night penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in will be charged the full booking amount.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds once booked, regardless of cancellation date.
- No-shows: 100% of the booking total will be charged.
- Early departure: Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will be charged for all remaining nights.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, etc.) must be cancelled through the platform where the booking was made. Oasis Hotel cannot process cancellations for third-party bookings.
- Exceptions to the cancellation policy are only made in the event of an officially declared natural disaster or government-mandated travel restriction affecting Fort Lauderdale, FL.
5. Room Access and Security
- Room access codes are generated automatically by our smart lock system and delivered via SMS, email, and WhatsApp after completion of digital check-in.
- Access codes are unique to each reservation and valid only for the duration of your stay.
- The main property access code is provided in your booking confirmation. Do not share your room access code with unauthorized individuals.
- Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables. Oasis Hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Property Rules
- No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is detected in a room.
- No pets: Pets are not permitted on the property. ADA-certified service animals are welcome with advance notice. Emotional support animals are not permitted under ADA classification.
- Noise: Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests and neighbors. Excessive noise may result in eviction without refund.
- Damages: A $400 damage fee will be charged for any damage caused to the room, furniture, fixtures, or property during your stay. Guests may be held responsible for costs exceeding this amount.
- Occupancy: Rooms must not be occupied by more guests than the stated maximum capacity.
7. Parking
- Complimentary on-site parking is available for registered guests during their stay only.
- Parking is first-come, first-served. No reservations are required or accepted.
- Guests may not leave vehicles on the property after checkout. Vehicles remaining after checkout may be towed at the owner’s expense.
- Oasis Hotel is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of any vehicle or its contents while parked on the property.
8. AI Assistant Communications
- Oasis Hotel uses an AI assistant called Antony to respond to guest inquiries via our website chat and phone line.
- Information provided by Antony is for guidance only and may not always reflect the most current policies or availability.
- For binding commitments, pricing confirmations, or urgent matters, please contact our team directly at 954-523-3043 or reservations@oasishotelftl.com.
- SMS messages sent by Antony are for informational and operational purposes related to your stay. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oasis Hotel’s liability for any claim arising from your stay shall not exceed the total amount paid for your reservation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service failures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
